1. Return Eligibility

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Please note that clearance items, sale products, and certain accessories may not be eligible for return.


2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange:

  • Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with return instructions and the return address. Please ship your return within 7 days of receiving our instructions.


3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that the time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.


4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please specify this when contacting us. Once the original item is returned, we will process and ship the new item. If the desired item is unavailable, we will offer a store credit or refund.


5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personal items (e.g., underwear, swimwear) for hygiene reasons


6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. Please provide clear photos of the defect or damage when contacting our support team.


7. Shipping Costs for Returns

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product, or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.


8. Late or Missing Refunds
